More than 30 years ago, our family’s American Dream began by selling tacos out of an old catering truck. Our parents, who migrated here from Jalisco, Mexico, brought their passion of bringing authentic, delicious Mexican food that felt like back home to Orange County. Our parent’s success was, and still is, the quality of food and ingredients, which is something our family still stands by today. A little known fact, but one that has been hugely beneficial to our success, is that our salsas and marinades are closely guarded family secrets, and to this day, still prepared only by our family.
Having been born into the business, we are now taking the next step by opening a new restaurant in Downtown Brea. We pride ourselves in continuing with our parent’s traditions and we will maintain our dedication to high quality, real Mexican food. We will still continue to hand make our salsas, and are even introducing made-from- scratch tortillas, Mexican beer, and Micheladas at this location.
